  1. Prepare Hibiscus 10 or 12 flowers. or Dry hibiscus flowers 1 cup

  5. Take 1 tbsp paste of almonds and black pepper
  6. Make ready Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions to make Hibiscus Thandai:
  1. Soak dry hibiscus flowers for 2 hours. If fresh flowers are there then no need to soak them.
  2. Add mint leaves,cinnamon stick,basil leaves and ginger paste.
  3. Boil for 2 mins.
  4. Seive the content and add mishri or honey.
  5. Add almond paste,mishri and juice of one lemon.
  6. Wao !!!.Cool red colour will emerge.
  7. Sprinkle black pepper and cinnamon pdr and garnish with mint leaves.
  8. Serve and drink.
