- Prepare 200 grams minced meat (keema)

- Take For gravy:
- Prepare 1/2 cup desi ghee
- Make ready 2 tablespoons onion paste
- Prepare 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- Take 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Get 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
- Prepare 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Take 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- Take 2 Tablespoons cashewnut powder/paste
- Prepare Few drops of kewra water
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Prepare as required Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps to make Shahi Stuffed Parwal:
- Peel parwals, make a slit in between parwal. Scoop out flesh with the help of a knife. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion. Fry till golden. Add keema and other spices.Stir.Add 2 cups water.,Add salt, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Dry water if any,stir well and keep aside.
- Let keema cool for 5 minutes.Stupp 1 teaspoon in each parwal.Tie the parwal with the help of thread.
- Now mix onion paste,turmeric,coriander,and chilli powders in a bowl.Heat gjee in a pan.Shallow fry onion till light brown.Take out.
- Add onion paste in the remaining ghee, stir and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add tomato puree and cashew powder. Add 1 cup water and salt cover and cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Now the gravy is cooked. Add cardamom powder,garam masala powder and cinnamon powder. Stir well. Add 1.5 cup water, let boil. Add fried parwal.Cover and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Stuffed parwal is ready. Add kewra water, garnish with coriander leaves.
- For serving dish out gravy in a serving dish, add remaining keema over gravy then put stuffed parwal over it. Serve with naan/roti or rice.
