- filling:
- drain can of fruit cocktail ot whatever fruit you use.. well and reserve liquid for later.
- pour fruit into pancake pie.
- sprinkle with coconut.
- syrup topping:
- mix the reserved juice from can with the rum and the pancake syrup. whisk until well blended.
- just before serving slice like you would a pie..
- pour syrup on top and serve.
- you may use any canned drogue you like. hours best with pineapple or peaches.
- you may Just use regular syrup instead of the one here.
- hints and tips:
