  1. Fry mint leaves, tamarind by adding oil.
  2. Fry seperately red chilles, chenna dall, garlic cloves, urad dall.add salt and transfer in to grinder jar.
  3. Add fried mint leaves and tamarind in to grinder jar.
  4. Now pulse well without adding water. Add oil if needed.
  5. Shift it into vessel air tight container after adding fried curry leaves to it. ready to take with rice.
