  5. Now open the lid and make small dough balls and again apply 2 tsp oil and close it with the samp cloth and rest it for another 1 to 1.5 hrs.
  6. Now apply oil in the clean surface or rolling pan and start roll the dough thinly
  7. Stretch the sides as much as possible and apply a drop of oil and grease the dough and start pleating it in folds using fingers.
  8. Stretch it as much as possible and then roll it into a ball and secure the end into the center.
  9. Now press it using oil greased hand and then roll using a rolling pin.don't roll it into a very thin circle
  10. Place it in hot tawa and cook it by flipping sides and cook it for a minute in each side.
  11. Greade 1/2 to 1 tsp oil once the golden colour starts appearing.
  12. Once the parotta is cooked in both sides.serve it hot with your favourite side dish.
