  1. preheat oven to 130deg

  4. gradually add sugar
  5. mix on high for about 10 minutes until sugar has disolved and mix is quite thick and glossy
  6. add cornflour and vinegar and mix through
  7. pile mix onto tray. you Can smooth off or leave peaky
  8. cook for 1 hour 15 mins
  9. leave to cool in oven without opening oven to look until completely cooled
  10. when completely cooled top with whipped cream an strawberrys, or fruit of your choice
