- Keep all the ingredients ready.
- Take a pressure pan and do the tempering adding the mint leaves.
- Saute the mix veggies with Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and Garam Masala.
- Now saute the Basmati rice (washed, soaked for 20 mins and drained) for few mins, then add 500 ml of water.
- Close the pressure pan and wait for the steam to release, at this time you can put the whistle and wait for single whistle. Then switch off the stove.
- Wait for the pressure to release, and now the Mix Veggie Pulao π is ready to eat with onion raitha and Pappad.
