  6. Place the dough on a well-floured surface. Roll out dough about 2 inch thick. Using a small round bowl of about 4 inches cut out circles by gently pressing on the dough and releasing it.
  7. Cut each into 2 equal halves form a cone shape with one of the halves. Scoop some meat sauce into the cone shape and cover it as seen below.
  8. Put some vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and fry until it is golden brown.
