Instructions to make Paneer Pearl pulao:
  1. Mix paneer, cashewnut powder,corn flourand salt in a plate and knead into a smooth dough.divian into small equal portions and roll into balls.
  2. Heat sufficient oil into a deep frying pan and fry paneer balls,on medium heat,till light golden brown.now in a small bowl take warm milk and add saffron.
  3. Heat ghee in a kadai, add cloves, cinnmon sticks,green cardamom,and bey leaf and sauté till fregnent add ginger and green chilli paste and sauté for one minute.add half the paneer balls and mix well.add cooked rice,saffron milk and salt mix lightly.add coriander and mint leaves and mix well.
  4. Coat the remaining paneer balls with silver warq.transfer the pulao in a serving bowl, garnish with silver warq coated balls, cashews,raisin and serve.
