- Prepare 1 kg Beef boneless
- Take 1 pao Chana daal
- Take 1 cinnamon stick
- Take 4 black pepper whole

- Prepare 1 bay leaf
- Prepare 1 inch ginger

Instructions to make Shami Kababs:
- 1st wash & soak daal chana for 20 min in water..
- Wash & cut boneless beef into small pieces botti.
- In pressure cooker add beef boti, chaana daal & all spices whole & grounded..add 2 1/2 cup water..cook on medium flame for 15 min..
- Check that booti & daal tender, if it has remaining water then dry it on high flame..
- In chopper, chopped it..
- Add 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tsp green chillies chopped & few mint leaves & add 1 tsp chat masala mix well with hands..
- Now make small kababs & shallow fry it..
- Serve it with chapatii..
