Instructions to make Beef Shami kababs:
- Soak chana daal in water for an hour
- In a deep pot put 4cup water and put onions, ginger garlic, garam masala sabut, button chillies, bay leaf, zeera, except chana daal, salt and garamasala powder
- When boil comes low the flame and cook covered.
- When beef is half done add chana daal and cook on slow heat.
- Add garamasala powder
- When beef and Daal are cooked completely and soft add salt.
- Keep it a little moist not dry completely as it will grind well.
- Take it out and cool
- In a food processor put this beef and grind well till soft dough. Taste the seasonings you can add salt or garam masala.
- Chop onions fine and green masala
- Add them in mixture add dahi (yougart)
- Add eggs one by one and mix very well with hands
- . Mixture should be neither very hard nor runny.
