Take the melted margarine and oil and with a brush apply gently all over the dough. Tear away any thick edge of the dough and fold it like a envelope into a rectangular shape, oiling every fold, so that the folded edges intertwine. put it aside.
- Strech another dough disc and oil it and put the former rectangle in the centre. On the rectangle apply 1/4 of the sauce, mushrooms and cheese and fold the thin dough arround it also like an envelope, oiling every folded side. Put the whole thing aside and repeat this step one more time and you have your first burek. Do the same with the remainder of ingeedients, put on baking paper and into preheated oven, bake until golden brown and crunchy. Bonapetit! Prijatno!
