  1. In a pot add Chicken, Turmeric, Salt, Garam Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Sticks, Ghee, Fried Onion, and Crushed Green Chilli.
  2. Mix Well and Marinate for 5-6 hours.
  3. In a pot add Water, Salt, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Chillies. Cover and Bring it to a Boil.
  4. Add in your Rice. Give it a Boil. Strain the Water.
  5. For the Layers, in a big Pot or Bowl. Add Marinated Chicken with Spices, then Yoghurt, the Coriander and Mint Leaves and then Chillies.
  6. Add Rice on Top. Add Ghee and Garam Masala. Add Nutmeg and Mace Powder. Add Pyaz, Green Chilli and Lemon Slices.
  7. Cover and Cook for 10 minutes on Medium flame to Build Steam.
  8. Cook for 30 minutes on Very Low Flame.
