- In a pot add Chicken, Turmeric, Salt, Garam Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Sticks, Ghee, Fried Onion, and Crushed Green Chilli.
- Mix Well and Marinate for 5-6 hours.
- In a pot add Water, Salt, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Chillies. Cover and Bring it to a Boil.
- Add in your Rice. Give it a Boil. Strain the Water.
- For the Layers, in a big Pot or Bowl. Add Marinated Chicken with Spices, then Yoghurt, the Coriander and Mint Leaves and then Chillies.
- Add Rice on Top. Add Ghee and Garam Masala. Add Nutmeg and Mace Powder. Add Pyaz, Green Chilli and Lemon Slices.
- Cover and Cook for 10 minutes on Medium flame to Build Steam.
- Cook for 30 minutes on Very Low Flame.
