  2. Mix all dry seasonings in a bowl
  3. Toss shrimp in Seasonings
  4. Drop shrimp in pan
  5. Bring water to boil and season water with salt
  6. Add grits go boiling water
  7. Stir will they thicken
  8. Turn shrimp to sear on both sides
  9. After 5 minutes add all cheeses to grits
  10. Remove shrimp after searing for 2-3 minutes each side
  11. Plate grits and garnish with green onions and black pepper
  12. Add shrimp in center
