Instructions to make Coconut milk pulao:
  1. Wash and soak the Basmathi Rice for 30minutes
  2. In a pressure Cooker, Heat a tbsp of Ghee and all the spices(cumin seeds,  Bay leaf,  Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and star anise)
  3. Then add in the sliced onions and green chillies and fry till onions changes colour.
  4. Further add in the Ginger Garlic paste and saute till the Raw smell leaves.
  5. Drain the water from the soaked rice and keep the drained water safe.
  6. Add in the Rice and mix gently
  7. Add the one and half cup Coconut milk and half cup of water drained from the soaked Rice
  8. Add Enough salt. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves
  9. Close the pressure Cooker and cook for 2whistles.  (If you are cooking in a sauce pan, Cook for 10 minutes in high flame and 10 Minutes in low flame)
  10. After cooked,  gently fluff the Rice. Garnish with Roasted Cashew Nuts and Coriander leaves.
