- In a sauce pot, whisk milk and flour over medium heat until thickens. About 5-7 minutes, set aside to cool.

- Beat in thickened milk mixture and beat several minutes again, you want to get volume.

- Smooth out just alittle with back of spoon so batter won't be too high. Keep each about 2" apart and as even in diameter as possible.
- Bake 17 minutes. Do not over bake. Tooth pick inserted in center of cakes should be come out JUST a touch moist.
- Cool cakes completely on a rack. Now start filling.
- Pick two cake rounds that are close in shape. Place filling on flat side of cake and top with another cake. Assemble all your pies. Chill 1- 2 hours before serving and store in refrigerator.
- You will most likely have leftover cream filling. You could make these double stuff whoopie pies or just freeze any unused portion. One pie is equal to two portions.
