  2. Once it is ready to open, open and mix saffron and rice. You can mash it if you like. Add condensed milk.
  3. Let it be on low gas flame. Add milk and mix it continuesly. Add nutmeg powder and Cardamom powder and sugar. Give a nice mix.
  4. Keep it on low flame for few more minutes. Add chopped almonds. While serving you can decorate with chopped pistachio.
