  2. Soak saffron in 2 tablespoons warm milk for 15 minutes.
  3. The soaked kesar release both it's color and flavor and add it to the kheer. Add the condensed milk and cardamom powder and cook for another minutes. Add chopped nuts and mix.off the flame and mix sugar. before serving. refrigerate for a few hours and serve it chilled.
