- Take a mixer,add hung curd and cornflour in it and mix it well without any lumps.
- Now add milk and condensed milk and again blend it in a mixter into a smooth paste.
- Now transfer the mixture into a flat vessel or in a tiffin box made of steel or alluminium.
- Sprinkle some kesar strands, chopped pistachios and elaichi powder over it.
- Now put the vessel inside the cooker with a stand and water inside it or in a kadai or steamer and steam it for 30 mins in a low flame.
- Your milk pudding is now ready. Let it come to the room temperature then transfer it into the fridge for half an hour to set completely. Serve it chilled.
