- Make ready 1 cup chana (gram)dal

- Take 8-10 cashew nut
- Take 8-10 pistachios
Instructions to make Chana Dal kheer:
- Soaked the chanadal for 3 to 4 hrs. Then remove it from water and boil in a pressure with 1 to 2 whistle. Dal should not over cooked.
- In a pan boil 1 ltr milk. Add sugar, condensed milk, milk powder nuts and keep on stirring. Once milk become half ltr add boiled chanadal.
- Now stirring and check the sugar. If needed add more and let it cooked. Once chanadal cooked, kheer is ready. Adding kesar is optional.
