The ingredients needed to make Mango Kheer:
- Get 1 litre Milk
- Make ready 2 tbsp or approx 50 gm Kheer rice (wash it properly)
- Make ready 1/2 cup Mango pulp
- Prepare 2-3 tablespoon Sugar (or as per your choice)
- Get 1 pinch Green cardamom powder
- Get 1 tablespoon chopped Pistachios
- Get 1 tablespoon chopped Almonds
- Take 1 tablespoon Cashew nuts
- Get 1 tablespoon Raisins
Steps to make Mango Kheer:
- Bring milk to one boil.
- Then add kheer rice in it and cook it until rice is completely cooked. Keep stirring in between.
- Add mango pulp gradually i.e. 1 tablespoon at a time a mix it then another tablespoon and keep stirring it.
- Then add chopped nuts and raisins in it and mix it.
- Now add sugar in it and cook it for another 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Then add a pinch of green cardamom powder in it, mix it and switch off the flame.
- Mango kheer is ready to serve. For batter taste, serve it chilled.
