- Get 1/2 bowl basmati rice
- Get 6 tb sp sugar

- Take Cardamom powder of 4 cardamom's
- Get 2 tb sp desiccated coconut powder
- Get 2 alphonso mangoes

- Boil milk in a pan. When milk comes to boiling point Lower the flame and Add washed rice in it and let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes keep stirring in between.
- Chop dry fruits and Keep ready with desiccated coconut and magaj.
- Add sugar, cardamoms powder and dry fruits and cook on low flame for 5 minutes or till rice absorbs milk.
- In between peel mangoes and chop and grind in mixer to a smooth pulp. Mix essence.
- Remove kheer in a serving bowl and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
- When it gets chilled place it in a bowl and place mango pulp over it. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio and serve chilled.
