- When milk thickens add all dry fruits and sugar in kheer and stir for 5-10 minutes on low flame or till it again thickens.
- Now peel the mangoes and chop in small pieces and grind in the mixer to a smooth pulp. Mix essence and aam ras is ready.
- Now in a bowl mix rice kheer a mango ras and mix well. Decorate with pistachio. Take a glass fill it half with kheer and pour mango ras over it. Decorate with pistachio and mango Dalgona Kheer is ready to serve chilled.
