  3. Divide the dough in equal 4 portion.take a portion and roll it into a long rope.
  4. Roll carefully to get a round shape..Like jalebi…
  5. Meanwhile in a pan add sugar and water..(for making sugar syrup). Stir till sugar dissolved..Add cardamom powder, saffron/yellow food colour..and cook..for a min.
  6. Deep fry all the prepared jilepi…In ghee/oil…till dark golden brown.
  7. Add these fried jilepi in sugar syrup and cook for few mins…then switch off the flame..
  8. Take it out and garnish with almonds and pista flakes..

Ghee - for frying the jalebis. Add some water to saffron threads so that they dissolve well into it.
