- Get 1 litre milk
- Prepare 6 tablespoons rice
- Make ready 8-10 tablespoons sugar
- Take 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Prepare as required Chopped almonds, pistachio, cashewnuts, chironji
- Take 1 tbsp ghee
This kheer recipe is very easy to make and required very few ingredients. All of the ingredients will be available in your pantry. Instructions to make Rice kheer:
- Boil milk and add washed and drained rice to it. Boil milk at slow flame till the rice gets cooked. Stir in between after adding rice.

- Add ghee to kadhai and add chopped nuts to it. Stir it for a minute and pour this into kheer. Add cardamom powder to it. Mix it and kheer is ready to serve
