  3. Prepare the pista powder in a mortar.
  4. Add the thick milk in the fried bottle guard and cook it again for sometime. Then add the pista powder in it.
  5. Cook it till your desired consistency. Then add sugar, green colour and cardamom powder in it.
  6. Your lauki pista kheer is now ready.
  7. Serve it in chilled condition by garnishing with some chopped pistachios on it.
