  1. In a pot add everything, mix well until combined and then turn on the flame to medium heat.

  3. Roll out the puff pastry in a rectangle. Cut it into 16 equal portions such that when you fold they shape into a mini rectangle.
  4. Scoop out jam on each piece and fold into a rectangle. Using a fork, seal the edges.
  5. Transfer each pie to a tray and keep it in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
  6. Heat oil on medium low temperature, fry 2 to 3 pies at a time and fry until crisp and golden. Transfer to a lined plate to remove excess oil. Enjoy hot!
