  2. Let the milk boil for almost 20 mint then add crushed elaichi and safron then cook for 10 min..
  3. Then add soaked rice, coconut chunks (wash them before adding) and coconut powder let it cook for 5 min..
  4. Then add chopped almonds and pistachios almost 1/3cup and then let it cook for 30 to 35 min until become thick..
  5. Then Add sugar and further cook for 20 min then when it was done then add Kewra essence.. Cook for 2 to 3 min then shut the stove..
  6. Then garnish chopped almonds and pistachios and let it cool then serve…
