- Prepare 11 kg milk
- Prepare 1-1/2 mug rice(normal tea mug)
- Prepare 1-1/2 cup sugar

- After couple of hours check rice it will break down
- When rice gets realy soft and mashy
- Now on very low flame,add sugar
- Taste sugar and adjust according to your taste
- Pour little kheer in plate and check thickness kheer is ready
- Pour in bowls
- Garnish with almonds and pistachio.cool it before serving
