- Soak Basmati rice for 30 minutes.
- Soak cashews and almonds for sometimes.
- Wash and drain rice.
- Add rice in boiling milk.
- Stir continues and cook till rice become soft.
- In another pan melt 1 cup jaggery with 1/2 cup water.
- Make chashni and let it cool.
- When kheer will done add cashews and almonds.
- Let it cool.
- When kheer will completely cooled add chashni in it and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits and enjoy.
