- Take out ice cream from freezer & roll in the batter first and then coat in cornflakes evenly from all sides, you have to work quickly it can start melting.
- Now return back to freezer for 2 hrs or until solid
- Heat oil in a wok on medium to high heat
- Once oil is hot take out coated ice cream balls from freezer and put in hot oil carefully and fry for 10 - 15 seconds only.dip each ice cream ball in hot oil one by one.once done take out from oil
- Be careful not to fry for too long otherwise your ice cream will start melting in oil
- Take out in serving plate and serve immediately with chocolate sauce
