- Boil corn and potato. Chopped deseeds tomato spring onion capsicum peel potato and chopped. Chopped mint leaves. Mix with corn kernals.
- Now cut papad from middle and make two part.Take one half papad and Make corn shape attach with tooth pick. And micro for 30sec.remove tooth pick.
- Now mix all veggies dry mango powder chaat masala and mint coriander chutney.Lastly add homemade Sev Mix well and fill in a corn. And arrange in a plate.
- Tasty delicious Papad corn chaat is ready to serve. Garnish with Sev.
