- Sieve refined flour and add all the ingredients under outer covering. Mix well. Flour should hold shapes that means moyan is perfect. Now with the help of water make a dough.. cover and keep aside for 15- 20 minutes.
- Now we will prepare the stuffing. Mash boiled potatoes Add spice powders, onions, Coriander leaves and green chilies.
- Add roasted peanuts and mix all the ingredients nicely. now take a small portion of stuffing and make small rolls for filling
- Mix the dough once again. Take a portion and roll a big round shape. It shouldn't be thin or very thick. Cut into 4 equal portions with the help of knife.
- In every portion you have to make cuts with the help of knife. Apply little water and keep one stuffing roll in between. now from the bottom close it's edges overlapping their corners.
- Make all striped samose this way. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai. Once the oil is hot.. add samose and fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot along with sauce or your favourite chutnies.
